The bill (Reg. No. 1095) was elaborated in order to establish the principle of social justice regarding people that take care of disabled children and disabled persons of group I.
The bill suggests amend the following laws: “On state social assistance to disabled since childhood and disabled children”, “On Social Services”, “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance”, and “On collection and registration of a single fee for obligatory state social insurance”.
