In particular, the Committee will work on the bill on amendments to article 2 of the Law “On State Support and Peculiarities of Artek and Moloda Hvardiia children centers’ functioning” (re possibility of placing educational institutions). The document (Reg. No. 2284) suggests supplementing the current law with the provision that will remove restrictions on the leasing of buildings and structures of children's centers to accommodate schools, regardless of ownership.
The Committee members also plan to consider the bill on amendments to the Family Code (re inevitability of duty to maintain the child by persons who are deprived of parental rights). The bill (Reg. No. 2548) suggests obliging the court to decide on the appointment procedure of maintenance in conjunction with termination of parental rights.
The bill on amendments to article 29 of the Law “On Physical Culture and Sports” (re the post of a physical training instructor in rural area) will also be considered. The bill (Reg. No.2830) suggests establishing that executive bodies of village and township councils, enterprises, institutions and organizations of agro-industrial sphere located in the rural area should create conditions for involvement of village and township citizens in active physical training and sport, as well as healthy life style by making suggestions in regard to introduction of a post of a physical training instructor as a part of executive committees of village and township councils with a number of resident population equal to 3 thousand citizens.
It was planned also to hold visiting meetings, parliamentary and committee hearings, sport and touristic events, etc.
