The draft resolution (Reg. No. 2860) provides settlement of organizational, architectural, city-planning and programme issues, aiming at preserving unique architectural monument of Hostynnyi dvir in Kyiv.
In particular, the draft law suggests that the Kyiv City Council, the Kyiv City State Administration should in established by the law procedure cancel the decision of the Kyiv City Council “On transfer to Open Joint Stock Company “Special Scientific Restoration Project Construction and Production Company “UKRRESTAVRATSIA” of land plot for reconstruction of building for trade-office center and its maintenance with landscaping and guest parking on Kotraktova sqr. 4, Podil region, Kyiv” as of 20 September, 2012, N 137/8421.
It also
proposes that the Cabinet of Ministers should at no charge transfer the
Hostynnyi dvir building to the operations section of the National
University "Kyiv Mohyla Academy".
