The bill (Reg. No. 2485) was elaborated in order to ensure participation of community in determining and implementing state policy in the sphere of culture, education, science, health care, physical training and sports and in order to allow exercise public control over their functioning.
People’s deputies stressed that settlement of the issue of establishment and functioning of the board of trustees, suggested in the bill, is based on the constitutional and legal base.
