At the meeting of the Committee, it was noted that the bill (Reg. No. 2190a) aimed at updating benefits for the state bodies of privatization for payment of court fees for claims, complaints, applications related to the protection of property rights and state interests.
According to people’s deputies, fragmentary release from payment of the court fee by separate bodies of state power in all disputes related to realization of their authorities and competence create misbalance in public-legal and private interests.
