The Committee on Judicial Policy recognized the draft law “On limited liability companies and additional liability companies” as non-contradicting to the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine”

The bill (Reg. No. 2011) aims at refining legislation in the sphere of activity of economic companies, particularly, the procedure of establishment, operation, suspension, and separation of limited liability companies and additional liability companies; their legal status, duties and obligations of participants, etc.

The Committee members made a number of remarks to the bill.
