The bill (Reg. No. 0880) suggests amend the laws “On Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine” and “On Protection of Economic Competition” and allow provide conclusions in the form of recommendation explanations regarding correspondence of actions of economic entities to provisions of legislation on protection of economic competition by territorial bodies of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC of Ukraine).
