The bill (Reg. No.2795) suggests amend a number of codes and laws of Ukraine by excluding the provision pertaining to mandatory use of seals in the activity of legal persons.

Committee members made a number of remarks to the bill in the process of discussion. Attention was focused on the conclusion of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat.

It was noted that abolishing mandatory use of seals, the bill does not introduce instead any other way of documents authentication or authorization of the respective person.
