The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should recommit the draft law “On amendments to several laws of Ukraine” (re prohibiting privatization, cancellation and alienation of religious and other buildings and property)

The bill (Reg. No. 2894) suggests amend article 11 of the Law “On Management of State Property Objects” in the part of prohibiting privatization, cancellation, or alienation in any possible way religious and other buildings and property that was forcibly seized from religious organizations in the 20^th century (except for their free return into the ownership of such religious organizations or their legal successors in the order established by legislation).
