The Committee on Judicial Policy recognized the draft law on amendments to several laws of Ukraine re introduction of mandatory form of judicial trial in commercial proceedings

The bill (Reg. No. 2027a) suggests amend the Commercial Procedure Code and the Law “On Enforcement Proceedings” in order to introduce mandatory form of judicial trial. Particularly, it is suggested supplement the Commercial Procedure Code and amend clause 1 of part two of article 17 of the Law “On Enforcement Proceedings”.

Committee members believe that the Verkhovna Rada is entitled to adopt laws on the procedure of commercial proceedings.
