The bill (Reg. No. 2795) aims at simplifying and cheapening the procedure of starting a business in Ukraine by waiving of obligation and transition to voluntary use of seals by economic entities of private law.
The bill suggests amend a number of codes and laws by excluding the provisions pertaining to mandatory use of seals in the activity of legal persons. It is also suggested to introduce obligatoriness and sufficiency of a personal signature of the authorized person in the document. In particular, it is stipulated amend the Economic Code, the Commercial Procedure Code, the Code on Administrative Proceedings, the Law “On Securities and Stock Market” and other laws.
Committee members made a number of remarks to the bill during discussion.
People’s deputies believe that such amendments can lead to an increase in the number of violations in the sphere of civil and economic legal relations.
