The bill (Reg. No. 2002a) aims at refining the procedure of issuing conformity certificates and certificates on recognition of conformity.

Committee members drew attention to the fact that apart from the Decree, relations in the sphere of certification are regulated also by the laws “On Standards, Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment Procedures”, “On Conformity Assessment” and “On Accreditation of Conformity Assessment Bodies”.
