The bill (Reg. No. 2565) aims at establishing necessary preconditions for broadening possibilities of using aviation equipment of leasing operations by operators in order to renew basic funds and refine applicable legislation that regulates leasing relations.
Committee members believe that refinement of legal terrain for regulation of leasing relations will allow significantly expand use of leasing as the investment mechanism for renovation of equipment and technologies of domestic enterprises-operators of aviation equipment and will promote efficient use of this investment mechanism by economic entities.
