The Verkhovna Rada adopted as a basis the draft law (Reg. No. 2341a) on June 20
this year. On the instructions of the
Verkhovna Rada, the abovementioned bill was prepared for the second reading in minimum
term by the Committee on Budget.

The bill suggests increase the amount of budgetary allocations (consumption expenditures) from the general fund of state budget to the Ministry of justice by UAH 364.545 thousand, including under the budgetary programs No. 3601010 (by UAH 354.545 thousand) and No. 3602010 (by UAH 10.000 thousand).
Following the results of consideration, the Committee took the decision to recommend the Verkhovna Rada adopt the bill in the second reading and in entirety as a law, according to the final version of the bill suggested by the Committee in the comparison table to the second reading.
