The Committee on Budget recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis and in entirety the draft law on amendments to the Law “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2013” (re financing of state registration of subjects of entrepreneurial activity)

The bill (Reg. No. 2342a) was elaborated in order to ensure proper implementation of authorities (starting from July 1, 2013) by local justice bodies regarding holding of state registration of legal persons and natural persons-entrepreneurs, established by the law.

Following the results of discussion, the Committee took the decision to recommend the Verkhovna Rada, following the results of consideration in the first reading, adopt the bill as a basis and in entirety with consideration of suggestions approved by the Committee.
