The bill (Reg. No. 2107a) aimed at improving conditions of social-economic risk remedy to population residing in the areas of nuclear plant surveillance.

Particularly, it was suggested amendments to article 1, 12-1, 12-2 of the Law “On Nuclear Energy Use and Radiation Safety” and article 17 of the Law “On Electric Power.”

The Committee members deem several provisions of the bill are not elaborated properly.
