With profound sorrow did the Ukrainian parliament members accept the news concerning helicopter crash in Ust-Yansk region of Yakutia that caused human loses, the telegrams read.

On behalf of the people’s deputies of Ukraine and on his own behalf, Volodymyr Rybak conveys most sincere condolences to the near and dear ones of the bereaved.
