The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re parking of transport vehicles and establishment of responsibility for violation of transport vehicles parking rules as corresponding to the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine

The bill (Reg. No. 2499) determines bodies authorized to try a case on administrative infringements in case the requirements re placement, equipment, and functioning of parking areas for transport vehicles (administrative commissions at executive commissions of village, township and city councils; executive commissions of village, township and city councils) are violated.

The respective amendments are to be made to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.
