The bill (Reg. No. 2409-1) was elaborated in order to simplify procedures applied when terminating entrepreneurial activity of individual entrepreneurs and in order to reduce the period of such termination to 1 day. The respective amendments are to be made to the Civil and Economic Codes of Ukraine, as well as the laws “On state registration of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs” and “On collection and registration of contribution for mandatory state social insurance”.
People’s deputies believe that the suggested simplification of termination of entrepreneurial activity of individual entrepreneurs is based on the constitutional and legal base.
Thereat, Committee members did not uphold the suggestion to exclude article 50-1 from the Civil Code of Ukraine.
