The bill (Reg. No. 2490) was elaborated in order to provide the possibility for financing of out-of-school education expenditures from local budgets while calculating the amount of inter-budget transfers.
The bill suggests change the order of financing of out-of-school education by making amendments to the Budget Code.
The Committee believes that adoption of the bill will allow resolve the problem of reduction of out-of-school educational institutions and promote development of out-of-school education in Ukraine in general.
