It was noted that the bill (Reg. No. 2135a) aims at eliminating inconsistencies between separate provisions of the Budget Code and the Law “On Use of Nuclear Energy and Radiation Safety”, residing in nuclear installations observation zone.
People’s deputies believe that adoption of the bill in the suggested version will lead to contradictions between the Budget Code and the Law “On Use of Nuclear Energy and Radiation Safety”, which, at present, determines the procedure of financing measures of socio-economic remedy of risk for population residing on the territory of observation zone.
