It was noted that funds received from payment of a court fee are transferred to the special fund of the State Budget of Ukraine and are allocated to ensure administration of justice and strengthen material and technical base of judges.
Thus, people’s deputies believe that exemption of any subjects of governmental authorities from payment of a court fee will decrease financial as well as material and technical maintenance of judges.
Apart from this, the Higher Administrative Court, in its conclusion to the draft law, criticizes the attempt to legislatively expand the list of subjects of governmental authorities, exempted from payment of a court fee.
