The bill (Reg.No. 2049a) suggests improving governing the relation connected to payment of costs for an extract from the Sate Register of Rights by the bodies of state power and local self-government bodies, and the relations connected with the state registration of property rights for immovable property that appeared and was registered in accordance with the law effective prior to January 1, 2013.
Particularly, the bill supplements the Law “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On State Registration of Property Rights to Immovable Property and their Encumbrances” and other legislative acts of Ukraine” and the Law “On State Land Cadaster.”
