The bill (Reg. No. 2955) suggests regulating procedure of implementation of authority stipulated by the Law “On the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine” by the authorities and officials of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

According to the Committee members, adoption of the bill will increase effectiveness of the law on protection of economic competition and provide transparency and predictability to the action of agencies and other authorized persons the AMC of Ukraine.
