The Committee noted that the bill (Reg. No. 2857) was elaborated at the stage of transition to composing the Armed Forces of Ukraine exclusively with contract military men and halt military conscription of the citizens of Ukraine in the future.

It was stressed that the bill aims at refining the procedure of receipt of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for leaving abroad by the citizens of service age, without considering circumstances connected with military conscription.
