The Committee on Budget recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis and in entirety the draft law on amendments to the Law “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013” (re specifying sources of debt repayment from difference on tariffs for services of central water supply and disposal)

The bill (Reg. No. 2229a) was elaborated in order to specify types and redistribute revenues of the special fund of state budget that are the source for granting subventions from the state budget to local budgets for debt repayment from difference on tariffs for services of central water supply and disposal.

The Committee recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt the bill as a basis and in entirety, following the results of consideration in the first reading and with consideration of suggestions mentioned in the Committee’s conclusion letter.
