The bill (Reg. No. 2931) aims at standardizing the procedure of state registration of divorcing in case when such a marriage was dissoluted in a judicial procedure and the place of taking the decision and the place of marriage differ.
It is suggested amend part seven of article 15 of the Law “On state registration of acts of civil status”.
The Committee suggests the following version of the title of the bill: “On amendments to article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On state registration of acts of civil status” (re the procedure of divorcing registration).
