The Committee on Finance and Banking recommends that the Parliament should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the draft law on amendments to several laws of Ukraine regarding status and conditions of functioning of the Computing center on servicing agreements in financial markets

The bill (Reg. No. 2662) suggests granting the status of a bank institution to the Computing center on servicing agreements in financial markets, initiation of activity of which is stipulated by the Law “On the Depositary System of Ukraine”.

It is stipulated that the Computing Center shall receive the bank license for conducting certain bank operations and the general exchange permit in the order determined by the National Bank of Ukraine.
