The bill (Reg. No. 2847) suggests “impose time limits on the existing VAT budget reimbursement mechanism using treasury finance bills, as well as ban use of treasury finance bills during automatic budget reimbursement”.
32 suggestions were received from the subject of legislative initiative, 11 of which were included, 3 were included partially, 3 were included essentially and 14 suggestions were rejected.
It was noted that the suggestions that were taken into account did not essentially change the bill adopted in the first reading.
