The bill (Reg. No. 2409-1) aims at “significant simplification of procedures applied when terminating entrepreneurial activity of individual entrepreneurs and at reduction of period of such termination to 1 day”.

The Civil and Economic Codes of Ukraine, as well as the laws “On state registration of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs” and “On collection and registration of contribution for mandatory state social insurance” are to be amended.
