The Committee on Judicial Policy concluded that the draft law on amendments to article 70 of the Family Code re children rights protection corresponds to the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine

The bill (Reg. No. 2350) aimed at defending rights of each child during tying a case on the partition of property of the married couple.

In particular, it suggests writing clarifications to part three of article 70 of the Family Code of Ukraine.

As a result of the discussion, the Committee concluded that the bill corresponds to the Constitution of Ukraine.
