Adoption of the legislative act aims at ratification of the Agreement by enacting principles agreed by the Parties to the Agreement that determine the procedure of transfer and reception of persons that stay on the territories of the Parties to the Agreement and have violated the established entry, departure and stay regulations of foreign and stateless citizens. This will help:
fight illegal migration;
minimize negative consequences caused by illegal migration;
strengthen humanitarian component of national security;
increase efficiency of common fight against illegal migration by refining legal regulation of this activity;
save budget funds, etc.
The respective bill was registered under No. 0017.
