During preparation of the bill (Reg. No. 1185) to the second reading, the Committee has elaborated 6 amendments that were considered either partially or in full.

The document establishes that passing of radioactive materials through the customs border of Ukraine, as well as their customs clearance is carried out by the customs bodies in the presence of the permission to transportation of radioactive materials, received using information technology, in case of international transport.
