By amending the Tax Code, the bill (Reg. No. 2488) suggests to the enterprises of shipbuilding industry, bearing the date of 2018, tax remissions for corporate income tax, added-value tax, land tax and write off penalties of these enterprises, fines and financial penalties that are not paid to the budget and state funds.
Realization of the draft project’s provisions will allow loading available capacities of shipbuilding enterprises, improving their financial and economic situation and create conditions for the proper functioning and development of the shipbuilding industry.
