The Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy recommends that Parliament should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the draft law “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine due to the administrative reform”

The bill suggests amending the Tax Code of Ukraine due to the creation of the Ministry of Income and Levy on the basis of the State Tax Service and the State Customs Service of Ukraine.

The Committee members deem the implementation of norms will encourage harmonized corresponding of the legal norms, elimination of legal collisions and ensuring conditions for decent functioning in general system of state management of income and levy, etc.

The respective bill was registered under No. 2833.
