Suggested in the bill (Reg. No. 2227), new version of sub-clause 197.1.27 of the clause 197.1 of article 197 of the Tax Code propose to exempt from value-added tax operation of medication supply.

At the Committee meeting it was stated that realization of provisions of the draft will allow establishing the sole procedure of tax remissions regarding medication supply produced by industries and pharmacies, and improving medication supply of healthcare institutions and citizens.
