The following laws were adopted in entirety:
“On Amendments to Several Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re implementation of the EU Visa Liberalization Action Plan for Ukraine regarding liability of legal persons)”
The legislative act defines a specific list of offenses for commitment of which by the authorized person of a legal person, measures of criminal legal character can be imposed to the latter.
The respective amendments were made to the Criminal Code, to the Criminal Procedural Code, the Law “On Principles of Corruption Prevention and Counteraction” and “On the safety of persons involved in criminal proceedings.”
The respective bill was registered under No. 2990.
"On the Status of War Veterans and Guarantees of Their Social Protection" (re social protection of combatants and disabled persons of group II and III of the period of war with Japan in 1945, and who turned 85 and more)
The law is to increase social protection for combatants and disabled persons of group II and III of the period of war with Japan in 1945, and who turned 85 and more by granting them special privileges stipulated by the Law "On the Status of War Veterans and Guarantees of Their Social Protection" for war veterans of I group.
The respective bill was registered under No.1087.
“On amendments to article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Status of War Veterans and Guarantees of Their Social Protection” (re preferential free sanatorium and resort treatment of the war veterans )
The Law grants primarily provision of disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War and veterans of War with Japan with free sanatorium and resort treatment.
The respective bill was registered under No.1086.
“On State Budget of Ukraine for 2013” (re increasing expenditures for treatment of citizens of Ukraine abroad)
The bill suggests increasing expenditures of the State Budget of Ukraine of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (code 2300000) to 38 million for funding the budget program "treatment of citizens of Ukraine abroad" (code 2301360).
Additional expenditures of the State Budget proposed to be financed by an increase in revenues from the excise tax on goods imported into the territory of Ukraine.
The respective law is registered under No.2414.
The following resolutions were adopted:
“On establishment of a Temporary Inquiry Commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on investigating facts of attack against mass media representatives on May 18, 2013 in Kyiv at the address 15 Volodymyrska st., and investigating other facts of pressure on mass media, as well as preventing its legal professional journalists’ activity”
Under the resolution, the Commission has to “investigate the circumstances:
of prevention implementation of the right of citizens to hold meetings during the campaign "Arise, Ukraine" in Kyiv on May 18, 2013;
of inflicting bodily harm on the citizens of Ukraine;
of interference with journalistic activities
and inflicting bodily harm on them;
of unlawful inaction of law enforcement bodies”.
Vitaliy Yarema (deputy faction of the All-Ukrainian Union “Batkivshchyna”) was elected the chairman of the Commission and Andriy Puinchuk (deputy faction of the PARTY OF REGIONS) – its deputy chairman.

“On establishing the Day of Ukrainian Peacemakers”
The Resolution defines July 15 as the Day of Ukrainian Peacemakers with its further commemoration on the state level.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine recommended within one month after the adoption of the Resolution to create the Organizational Committee of creation of the Avenue of Fame for Heroes-Peacemakers in Navodnytskyi Park in Kyiv and construction of a monument in Kyiv to soldiers-peacekeepers who died while on duty in the peacekeepers troops and peacekeeping personnel.

“On amendments to the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine “On plan calendar of the second session of the Verkhovna Rada of the seventh convocation”
The document amends the plan calendar of the second session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the seventh convocation, approved by the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as of January 11, 2013, in part of parliamentary work in July 2013. It presupposes the following:
July 1-5: July 1 – Meeting of the Conciliatory board; July 2 – plenary meetings; July 3 – plenary meeting, work in committees, commissions and factions; July 4 – plenary meetings; July 5 – Government Question Hour, plenary meeting. Announcement of the session closure;
July 8-12 - work in committees, commissions and factions.
