The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Final Provisions of the Law “On the Regulation of Urban Development” (re postponing the ban on land allocation)

The bill proposes to move the time of entry into force of parts 3 and 4 of the article 24 of the current law that already entered into force, from 1 January 2013 to 1 January 2015. These rules bans distribution (provision) of land from state or municipal ownership or use to natural and legal persons for urban needs in the absence of zoning plan or detailed plan of the territory.

The bill was registered under No. 2363-1.
