The bill (Reg. No. 2499) determines bodies authorized to try a case on administrative infringements in case the requirements re placement, equipment, and functioning of parking areas for transport vehicles administrative commissions at executive commissions of village, township and city councils; executive commissions of village, township and city councils) are violated. The respective amendments are to be made to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.
The laws “On Local self-Government in Ukraine” and “On Road Traffic” shall be amended.
By results of discussion, the Committee took the decision to suggest the Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommend the Verkhovna Rada adopt the bill as a basis.
