The bill (Reg. No. 2519) suggests supplementing article 19 of the current law with the new part 5, under which “cyclists and teamsters at night time should wear light-reflecting waistcoats or have other light-reflecting items on their clothes.”
The author, people’s deputy H.Moskal justified adoption of the bill with the necessity to increase safety of road traffic.
The Committee Members supported the bill, which adoption will allow reducing number of road traffic incidents involving cyclists and teamsters at night time.
