It was noted that the bill (reg. No. 2399) aims at ensuring absolute fulfillment of state’s obligations according to the pilot judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of “Yuriy Mykolayovych Ivanov against Ukraine”
The bill suggests amending laws “On Enforcement Proceedings” and “On State Guarantees for Execution of Court’s Judgment”.
At the same time, people’s deputies stressed that this law does not guarantee execution of all courts’ judgments, thus, certain number of judgments can remain unsolved which, in its turn, will contradict the abovementioned pilot judgment and requires legislative settlement.
