The Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Communal Services and Regional Policy recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine (re National Military Memorial Cemetery “National Soldier’s Pantheon”)

The bill (Reg. No.2154) suggests amending the Law “On Burial and Funeral Business” with the provisions determining the procedure of creation and functioning of the National Military Memorial Cemetery “National Soldier’s Pantheon”. Respective changes are proposed to the laws “On the Defense Land Use” and “On local self-government in Ukraine”.

The Committee members upheld the bill.
