It was noted that the bill (reg. No. 2399) aims at ensuring absolute fulfillment of state’s obligations according to the pilot judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of “Yuriy Mykolayovych Ivanov against Ukraine”
The bill suggests amending laws “On Enforcement Proceedings” and “On State Guarantees for Execution of Court’s Judgment”.
Committee members stressed that the content of the bill did not cause any remarks or suggestions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the Higher Administrative Court, and the Higher Economic Court.
However, people’s deputies believe that remarks of several other bodies deserve attention, and in case this bill is adopted in the first reading as a basis, pertinent suggestions could be taken into account when preparing the bill for the second reading.
