The bill (Reg. No. 2695) suggests making amendments to the Law “On Lease of State and Municipal Property” that aim at increasing effectiveness of state and municipal property lease, as well as preventing its damage and lose, etc.
Committee members believe that adoption of the bill will ensure increase of effectiveness of lease relations, as well as cooperation between management bodies and landlords; will protect property rights of the state and municipal owners and increase the level of financial discipline in the part of timely payment of rent.
