The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law “On imposing moratorium on liquidation and reorganization of health care institutions”

The bill (Reg. No. 2201) suggests at the legislative level establish moratorium on liquidation and reorganization of health care institutions of state and municipal ownership and on retrenchment of personnel of these institutions.
