The bill (Reg. No. 0927) aims at bringing article 35 of the Economic Procedural Code in line with article 61 of the Civil Procedural Code and article 72 of the Code of Administrative Justice.
The bill provides a new version of article 35 of the Economic Procedural Code by providing a more clear use of collateral estoppel depending on the subjective constitution of parties in commercial matters, as well as parties in civil, administrative, or criminal cases.
