The bill (Reg. No. 1131) aims at arranging conditions of serving a sentence by the convicted to limitation of freedom and imprisonment for a certain period by making respective amendments to the Criminal Executive Code of Ukraine. In particular, the document suggests excluding the provision that stipulates the possibility of criminal and executive inspection to submit to the court materials on the convicted to sentence in the form of corrective work in regard to replacement of the unserved part of punishment with a fine.
The respective bill was registered under No. 1131.
