The law is aimed at bringing the terminology used in the legislation of Ukraine in line with the conceptual apparatus of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
Respective amendments are to be made ??to the Criminal, Criminal Executive Code, Customs Code, the Code of Administrative Justice, Law "On Enforcement Proceedings" and "On prevention and counteraction to legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and terrorist financing", "On Law Enforcment", "On Militia"," On Bodies and Services dealing with Children and Special Institutions for Children" and other legislative acts.
The respective bill was registered under No. 0894.
