The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law on amendments to several laws of Ukraine re determination of prices (tariffs)

The bill (Reg. No. 2107) suggests: clarifying the authorities of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Sphere of Energy, in terms of pricing and tariffs for electricity and natural gas; determining public collegial bodies the subject of state regulation of prices and their respective authorities.

Thus, the bill supplements article 12 of the Law “On Electricity”, the Law “On the Principles of Functioning of the Natural Gas Market” and article 15 of the Law “On Prices and Pricing”.
