The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (re Number of Members of a Limited Liability Company)

The bill (Reg. No. 2059) increases the maximum number of LLC members from 10 to 100 persons, and spreads out a period of the core capital growth by the transformation of a limited liability company into a joint stock company to 5 years.

The bill amends the Laws "On Economic Entities" and "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine in connection with Adoption of the Civil Code of Ukraine, and Invalidation of several Legislative Acts of Ukraine."
